Stan Hall and his wife, Sherri, came to Gateway in 2011 after serving as global missionaries in Quito, Ecuador, for six years. They are thankful for God’s call to Gateway. In 2014, God impressed upon Pastor Stan the importance of corporate prayer in moving a church forward in Christ. It is his strong desire to see lives transformed through discipleship and the manifest presence of God in Gateway’s services.
Stan graduated from Evangel University with a B.A. degree in Biblical studies. He received an M.A. and Ph.D. in philosophy from Saint Louis University. He then pastored the Fenton Church of the Nazarene for nine years. Stan also taught philosophy courses at the university level for 19 years, including courses at Caribbean Nazarene Theological College and the South America Theological College. While in Ecuador, Stan was the director of NILI (Nazarene International Language Institute: a Spanish study abroad program targeted to university students).
